Fiber-Lite® Illuminator

 Fiber optic illumination lets you conduct light to where it is needed, and leave electrical interference, heat, and fan vibration behind. This makes it an excellent source of intense, focused or diffuse light for stereomicroscopy, small animal surgery, or any detail work.
The Fiber-Lite® Illuminator is the standard, and an excellent choice for most laboratory detail lighting requirements. A selection of fiber optic bundles, available separately, mounts directly on the 150 watt
Fiber-Lite® illuminator, without adaptors, and the keyed output port prevents rotation or wobbling of the fiber optic assembly. A side door allows easy changing of the light bulb. A substantial mass (7.75 lbs) provides ballast and stability to support suspended fiber optic bundles. Noise reduction design minimizes both auditory and electrical noise.

Dual-Pipe Fiber Optic |
Dual fiber optic bundle is sheathed in
stainless steel monocoil pipes to be entirely self supporting, while allowing flexible positioning. Locks solidly onto either the 59260 or 59280
illuminators.
Dual pipes allow the operator to supply light from both sides, to eliminate shadows, or both outlets may be positioned on the same side, for greater intensity. Each pipe is 23” long.
The Dual-Pipe Fiber optic comes complete with two focusing lenses that fit on the end of each pipe, and may be moved forward or away to provide sharply focused or diffuse light.
